What is Salesletics?

  • SalesLetics is personalized world-class sales coaching designed for sales professionals with a growth-mindset. It is not for those who want to sit comfortably on the bench. 


  • SalesLetics teaches proven working-smart frameworks, habits, processes, and mindset skills that can be employed quickly to improve professionally and personally. It is not a cheat-sheet of one-time hacks for one-time success.


  • SalesLetics has "been there done that " coaching built on decades of bag carrying experience. It is not a fad.


  • SalesLetics is an accountability program to ensure you maintain a high standard of excellence as you work towards your goals. It is not a sales manager riding shotgun to check on your weekly stats.

Who is Salesletics for?

  • SalesLetics is for  sales professionals who personify the characteristics of elite competitive athletes. AKA sales athletes. Sales athletes believe in the power of training, hustling, and earning commissions. 


  • SalesLetics is for sales athletes that are self-motivated, have grit, are mentally agile, are curious, have discipline, and most of all have a burning desire to be their best possible selves.


  • SalesLetics is for sales athletes that want to be developed and fine tuned for the long-term. It is not to learn the "secret sauce" for an x-figure income. Process then results! 


  • SalesLetics is for sales athletes that want to be part of a community of like-minded professionals who refuse to settle.

Why Salesletics?

I've been at the bottom of the stack ranking, been dead last, and earned the least (I know because our CEO would hand out a monthly commissions report at 8am the first day of each month for reps to review over their first cup of coffee. Talk about a caffeine  buzz kill for me!). 


Did I quit ? No! With a possibility-thinking mindset and a personal commitment to develop my skills I get off the bottom of those reports, and never looked back.


Fast forward 20-years, and I've been the top global rep multiple times, at multiple global companies, and earned the biggest W2s. However, I won't stop there. It is time for me to help others get to the top too!  


Every professional athlete needs a great coach. The same holds true for elite sales athletes. In the words of  basketball legend John Wooden, "A good coach can change a game, a great coach can change a life." 


Someone has to be the best, why not you?
